Resource Library
The Resource Library has expanded to provide the membership with books and videos that reflect the increased job responsibilities of Directors of Volunteer Services in Health Care Facilities.

If you have any books or videos that you would like to donate, contact Lynne Latson, Coordinator, Volunteer Services at The Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center/The Schulman and Schachne Institute for Nursing and Rehabilitation at 718-240-5277 or Llatson@brookdale.edu.

Lending Procedures
Contact Lynne Latson at 718-240-5277 or Llatson@brookdale.edu and state the name of the book or video that you would like to borrow. You will receive a telephone call or email notifying you of the availability of the item and confirming that it will be mailed to your work address. If it is currently not available, your name will be placed on a waiting list. The item will be due three weeks from the mailing date. It will be sent in a padded envelope along with a return mailing label. Item(s) must be returned in a padded envelope.

Note: If a book or any other item borrowed from the Resource Library is not returned, the borrower will be responsible for the replacement of the item.
