"HOW TO CREATE A COLLABORATION CONNECTION PLAN IN 90 DAYS"
THURSDAY, MARCH 15, 2007
Creating and maintaining a successful volunteer program requires collaboration between volunteer services departments and the departments they serve and support within their organizations. Mr. Taylor’s workshop will provide attendees with a 90-day plan for improving cooperation between volunteer services management, volunteers, and department staff, enabling them to work together as one "effective team". Participants will learn an easy-to-follow process for developing and implementing their own customized plan to improve collaborations between directors of volunteers and staff, directors of volunteers and volunteers, and volunteers and staff.

Mr. Taylor’s workshop was featured at the 2006 NYSADVS Professional Development Conference in Saratoga Springs (Mr. Taylor details his impressions of the conference in article on the NYSADVS website-click here to read). Due to overwhelming demand, he has agreed to present it exclusively to GNYADVS.

For the past sixteen years, Mr. Taylor has served as President of Taylor Communications, a full service strategic marketing and corporate training company located in Fairport, New York, whose clients include Eastman Kodak, Nike, and Rubbermaid, amongst others. Additionally, he has published several trade resource programs and has been a featured speaker for several international conferences, presenting programs in business and strategic planning, market research, staff development and employee recruitment and retention. Mr. Taylor attended Kent State University, OH, and Bowling Green State University, OH, and holds degrees in communications and business management. For meeting details, please click here. We hope to see you there!
